Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme (AB-MGRSBY) has been launched by merging the PM Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) and the Bhamashah Health Insurance Scheme (BSBY) scheme.

Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme (AB-MGRHIS) 2022 has been launched by the Government of Rajasthan. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has launched this new version of Ayushman Bharat Yojana in Rajasthan on 24 February 2021.
Along with the overall health benefits of the PM Jan Arogya Yojana, AB-MGRHIS will also include Covid-19, hemodialysis benefits. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot announced a Rs 3,500 crore universal health care scheme for the people of the state in Rajasthan’s Budget 2021. According to the scheme, each family will get an insurance benefit of Rs 5 lakh by paying an annual premium of Rs 850.
Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme is a mega national health protection scheme for poor people. This is a new version of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana in Rajasthan. ABMGRHIS will provide health insurance of Rs 5 lakh for secondary and tertiary hospitalization. AB-MGRHIS treatment will be cashless and paperless in all government and private hospitals for the beneficiary.

AB MGRSBY Premium Amount
All insured people can claim for treatment in all the same hospitals and can avail treatment at NHPM treatment package rates. AB MGRSBY is applicable to all rural and urban beneficiaries whose names are included in the SECC-2011 data.
There will be no online application form for this scheme. Anti-fraud guidelines have also been framed against those who demand money to provide insurance benefits. The annual premium amount for availing of this scheme is Rs 850 per year.
People can visit any health and wellness center to get the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Mahatma Gandhi Rajasthan Health Insurance Scheme. All ABMGRHIS beneficiaries will be given family cards and Arogya Mitra will be trained for assistance.
