Mukhyamantri Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana 2021-22 was launched by the Delhi government on 21 July 2020. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had launched the Mukhyamantri Ghar Ghar Ration Distribution Scheme to ensure home delivery of ration. Along with the implementation of doorstep delivery of the ration scheme, the “One Nation One Ration Card” scheme of the Central Government will also be applicable in Delhi.
The main objective of this scheme is to ensure that no poor people in Delhi National Capital Region are deprived of subsidized rations. The Chief Minister’s Ghar Ghar Ration Scheme 2022 is a revolutionary step taken by the Delhi state government led by Kejriwal.
People will no longer have to go to PDS shops to get ration. The scheme will ensure the dignity of the poor by preventing packets of rice, flour, and sugar distributed at home and the inconvenience caused by them. In the state, every person who has a Delhi Ration Card and is entitled to get ration at discounted rates from PDS shops can get ration at their doorstep. The state government has started doorstep delivery of ration scheme for home delivery of their ration to such ration cardholders.

How will the ration reach every household
CM Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that the wheat would be picked up from the FCI warehouse for grinding and then packaging it. Other essential items like rice, sugar are also packed. After the rationing packaging process is completed, a facility will deliver the ration to the eligible people at home.
Under the Chief Minister’s door-to-door ration scheme, ground wheat flour will be transported to the people’s home, but if a person takes ration from the shop, he will be provided wheat, he will not get mashed wheat flour
When will the Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana begin
The home delivery scheme of the ration scheme in Delhi will start in 6 to 7 months of launch. This scheme will ensure that the poor people living in the state get a life of respect, they do not have to spend both time and money in the PDS Shop line.
CM Kejriwal mentioned that subsidized ration distribution at home under the Ghar Ghar Ration Scheme will begin in the current 2022 financial year itself. There is no specific time frame, but it is clear that before March 2022, the government will start implementing this CM Door Distribution of ration scheme in Delhi.

With this Chief Minister Ghar Ghar Ration Scheme, Delhi Government ensures that the subsidy ration reaches the people’s homes. In this Mukhyamantri Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana, all those who receive ration from PDS shops are eligible for this scheme, they can place an order for doorstep delivery of all rations.
A toll-free number will be issued by the government for each eligible beneficiary, people can call this phone number and place their order. After ordering a doorstep ration, a facilitator will come to the door to give a ration.
This is the first time that home delivery of the ration scheme has been initiated by any state in India. The main objective of this type of Mukhya Mantri Ghar Ghar Ration Yojana is to end corruption, tighten the ration mafia, and ensure that the right people get subsidized rations.
