As you all know that many women of our country continue to work for their families till the last days of their pregnancy due to economic and social crisis, due to which they are not fully nourished due to which in India The majority of women continue to have adverse effects of undernutrition.
In India, every third woman is malnourished and every other woman is anemic. An undernourished mother almost inevitably gives birth to a low birth weight baby. Due to all these circumstances, in order to mitigate such situations in our country and to give a strong future to the coming generation, the Government has done this with effect from 01.01.2017, according to the provision of the Maternity Benefit Program National Food Security Act, 2013. pmmvy full form
So friends, first of all we understand pmmvy full form. As you may have seen above, in front of pmmvy we have already written pradhan mantri matru vandana yojana. That is to say, in simple words, this pmmvy is a short form of this scheme, as you all know that in this new phase, the short forms of all the schemes of most government are present. For example, as an example “PMAY” which fully means the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, let us now understand the meaning of each word of pmmvy:
P-It means Pradhan
M-It means Minister (Mantri)
M-It means Mother (Matru)
V- It means or Prayer (Vandana)
Y-It means plan (Yojana)
Therefore pmmvy full form (complete form) will be something like Pradhan Mantri matru Vandana yojana . So friends, according to me, you must now have understood the meaning of pmmvy.
