The U-RISE portal brings all students across the skills, vocational and technical education spectrum, across student-related services, which are now made available online for convenient access anywhere, anytime.

URISE Portal Student Registration / Login Online
Step 1: First go to the official website https://urise.up.gov.in/.
Step 2: On the homepage, go to the “Register” link in the top right corner of the page and click on the “Student” link
Step 4: Students can select the organization, enter enrollment number, date of birth and click on the “Register” button to completely fill the U-Rise portal student registration form.
Step 5: After registration is complete, students can log in on the U-Rise portal homepage. For this purpose, applicants have to go to “Log in” on urise.up.gov.in homepage and then click on the “Student” link.
Step 6: Accordingly, UP URISE portal student login page is shown below
Step 7: Here applicants can enter ID/username, password, as shown below, and click on the “Login” button.
How the URISE Portal Works
URISE ships all government, aided, and private affiliated institutions. It will provide skills, vocational and technical education on an all-inclusive platform, which will enhance students’ learning experience and empower them to excel and lead in the profession of their choice. The URISE is an integrated empowerment portal for students of engineering, polytechnic, vocational courses as well as skills trainees.
The U-Rise portal will include content such as online exams, digital content, digital assessment, digital exam papers, internships, and information. Candidates will be provided with an update on the webinar and video content will be recorded on employment. According to official sources, “In the first phase of U-Rise, polytechnic, vocational and skill development have been added on this portal. In the second phase, it is targeted to connect all the engineering universities in the state. “
UP URISE portal launched
UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has termed it as the biggest reform program in the education sector after the National Education Policy (NEP) -2020. The official launch of the U-Rise portal has been marked on 24 September 2020 and an official tweet has also been made by the Uttar Pradesh government in this regard.
Yogi Adityanath has mentioned that UP is the first state to have launched such a portal and further said that it would benefit around 20 lakh students pursuing vocational and technical education.
