The Aseem Portal has been launched to help skilled people find sustainable livelihood opportunities. Registration for Skilled Employees / Employers is being invited by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) on Aseem Portal smis.nsdcindia.org.
The ASEEM Portal is a skills management information system that will provide employers with a platform to assess the availability of skilled workforce and formulate their recruitment plans. The Central Government has launched this new Self Employed Skills Employer Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal to help skilled people to find skilled livelihood opportunities. Through this Artificial Intelligence (AI) based digital platform, migrant workers will be able to find jobs according to their skill set.
Aseem makes it easy to find jobs near you. If the applicant has the appropriate documents, the person can apply for a job with a delivery boy, cab driver and others.
This Aseem Portal based on Artificial Intelligence will provide real-time granular information by identifying relevant skill requirements and employment prospects. It will be an integrated platform to enable growth opportunities for our skilled candidates, employers, training providers and government which will also help in furthering the economy of our country.
Skill India has launched the Atmanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mapping (ASEEM) portal to help skilled employees find job opportunities.

Through the ASEEM app, skilled employees will get jobs from top companies that pay well. Registered candidates will get jobs in Swiggy, Zomato, Ola, Uber, and more than 50 companies. Initially, active cities include Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi (NCR), Hyderabad. You will only need your mobile number to get employment.
You can download the Aseem App to get the complete details of how many jobs are available near your location. Other details of jobs like monthly salary, place of job, essential qualification are also available in the app.
In addition, one of the officers will call the registered persons and help in finding a new job at no charge. This app will help you in getting skilled employees to work for you in the new company within 5 days.
NSDC Aseem Portal Lauch by MSDE
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has launched the NSDC Aseem portal on 10 July 2020. Launching the portal, MSDE Minister Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey said, “It is envisaged to give a major impetus to our continuous efforts to meet the demand of ASEEM portal.”
Self-sufficient skilled employee planning mapping aims to accelerate India’s journey towards recovery by mapping the skilled workforce and linking them to relevant livelihood opportunities, particularly in the post COVID era.
The ASEEM Portal will be used as a match-making engine to map skilled workers with available jobs. The ASEEM portal and App will have provision for registration and data upload for workers in job roles, regions and geographic areas
