Jharkhand Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana 2022 (Krishak Pathshala)

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren launched Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana (Krishak Pathshala) as a new scheme. In the first phase of the scheme, one agricultural farm in each district will have advanced farming techniques, cultivation of horticultural crops, animal husbandry, fisheries, and improved arrangements for irrigation. And at the same time, the scheme will be developed as a farmer’s school.

Under this scheme, by developing the capacity of local farmers in Krishak Pathshala, their income will be increased by making them skilled and employment-oriented in the agriculture sector, animal husbandry, fisheries, pig farming etc. This scheme will be implemented by the state government for the farmers of the entire state so that everyone can get the benefit of this Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana (Krishak Pathshala).

I Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana Budget 2021-22

Earlier this scheme was also mentioned in the budget of the government, but the scheme has just been announced. In the state budget, under the Jharkhand Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana, selecting the village from each district will be named Birsa Village. Under this scheme, farmers will be provided a market by connecting them with various aspects of agriculture by establishing a farmer service center and training the farmer group, which will increase the income of the farmers. For this, a budgetary provision of Rs 61.00 crore is proposed in the coming financial year 2021-22.

Training Center for Krishak Pathshala Scheme

There will be classes for farmers where they will be taught by experts who will be hired through third party implementing agency. These centers will provide training and guidance to the farmers in various subjects under one roof. This in turn will also give much-needed exposure to the farmers.

CM Hemant Soren also said that 2 lakh farmers of the state have been sanctioned a loan of Rs 587 crore under the Birsa Kisan Yojana, which was launched on 9 August 2021. The state government aims to increase the contribution of agricultural activities to the state’s GDP from 12% to 20%.

Under the Birsa Gram Yojana, there will be a service center in every district for the farmers

To increase the income of the farmers by the Jharkhand State Government, under the Samekit Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana, selecting the village from each district of the state will be named as Birsa Village. Under this scheme of the government, farmers will be provided market by connecting them with different aspects of agriculture by establishing a Kisan Service Center. Farmers will also be given training and empowered to increase their income through Jharkhand Integrated Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana.
